Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Golf balls, gloves, and other consumable items are final sale once opened.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
